Direct and manage the district's human resources functions. Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of human resource programs to include professional and auxiliary staffing, wage and salary administration, leave administration, performance appraisal, employee relations, and benefits.

 

Qualifications: Master's degree or Doctorate in education, human resources, business, or related field; Valid Principal or comparable Administrative Certification preferred.

 

Experience: At least 5 years of successful school administrative experience preferred
